Charity Essentials — £130/month
Monthly Xero bookkeeping, tidy records, bank reconciliation and a clear monthly summary.
Charity Plus — £260/month
For charities with grants or multiple income streams.
Includes everything in Essentials, plus trustee‑friendly reports, fund tracking and quarterly reviews.
Charity Complete — £390/month
Full bookkeeping and treasurer-level support.
Includes everything in Plus, plus grant support, budget planning and payroll for up to three staff.
Small Business Support (from £30/hour)
Support for independent and owner‑led businesses or contact us for special monthly packages.
Pricing varies depending on activity, records and whether Self Assessment is required.
Includes bookkeeping, reconciliations, Xero support, simple summaries, payroll (optional) and preparation of figures for Self Assessment.
